The European Union and the German Government, through the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), have successfully concluded the “Resilience against Climate Change – REACH” project in Northern Ghana. Since its inception, the project has significantly boosted the adaptive capacity of smallholder farmers and 200 vulnerable communities against the impacts of climate change.
