The Office of the Head of the Local Government Service (OHLGS) as part of the processes leading to the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) of the Local Government Service (LGS) for the year 2025, has successfully reviewed the Key Performance Indicators for the Performance Contracts.
Consequently, the OHLGS is requesting all the Regional Coordinating Councils (RCCs) to facilitate and coordinate the signing of Performance Contracts between all the Regional Ministers (RMs) and Regional Coordinating Directors (RCDs) at the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) level as well as all Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) and Metropolitan, Municipal and District Coordinating Directors (MMDCDs) within their respective regions for the contract year 2025 between 14th – 27th November, 2024 and submit ONLY a copy of the signed Declaration Page (SECTION 12 of the Contract Document) together with photographs of the signing ceremony to the OHLGS via post or through ohlgs@lgs.gov.gh and mtsd@lgs.gov.gh not later than Friday, 29th November, 2024.
