The rest are: “empower MMDAs on best practices in administration, development planning and management; and ensure improved revenue mobilization through workable ICT Units in MMDAs”.

Dr Nana Ato Arthur promised to be a leader-servant as well as provide the Service with the requisite leadership in the management of human resources to promote organisational development and ensure that the Service responds positively to the needs and aspirations of all stakeholders.
